CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the following fees: - 25% of the scheduled service fee for cancellations within 24 hours - 50% of the scheduled service fee for same-day cancellations or no-shows We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our time and policies.
